VATA DOSHA (Air + Space):
Vata Dosha associates with the total nervous system, sense organs and also coordinates the metabolism with endocrine gland.

PITTA DOSHA (Water + Fire):
Pitta Doshas are responsible for the gastrointestinal system i.e., digestive enzymes and also for stimulating hormones

KAPHA DOSHA (Water + Earth):
Kapha Dosha are responsible for the musculoskeletal frame, combination of all joints, tissue building & wound healing.

A balance of all these Doshas is required for a healthier well being. When a Vata Dosha person is well balanced, then he’ll be very creative, elastic & won’t have any physical problem. For a well Balanced Pitta Person, he won’t be affected by heat related problems like acne, skin rashes, toxic blood, ulcers, diarrhea, liver, gallbladder, kidney, spleen or heart troubles. Similarly a balanced kapha person will be free from congestion, overweight, oedema, heart or kidney problems.
