It has become a common syndrome. Not only Men and Women, Even most children are affected by Diabetes.

But what is diabetes exactly?

Diabetes mellitus or Diabetes is a condition where the Glucose levels in blood habitually increases. Insulin an important hormone produced by Pancreas. Diabetes is characteristics either by not producing insulin or its not working properly.

What Causes Diabetes?

Here are some of the important factors that might cause Diabetes:

What’s the difference between Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics?

Usually Type 1 Diabetes occurs when the Cells of Pancreas are no longer using the insulin. - Which will affect the immune system. Insulin injections are commonly taken.

TYPE 2 DIABETES:  Known as adult-onset diabetes or noninsulin-dependent diabetes. Most common among Old aged people – Sometimes may also happens in childhood. This kind of Diabetes resists the insulin absorption – which result in negligence of insulin by muscles and fat.

I don’t have Diabetics… So how can I prevent it?

  • A balanced diet – reducing carbohydrates and adding more Fruits and Veggies
  • Avoid Alcohol and Smoking
  • Regular Exercise
