Escitalopram: Alleviating Depression

Used to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) & generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), Escitalopram is the generic of the branded prescription drug, Lexapro. Cheaper than the branded version & is an equally effective antidepressant of a class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).
